At Dscentz, we want you to be fully satisfied with every fragrance you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return an item under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Perfumes that have been opened, used, or damaged due to mishandling are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return:

Once approved, we’ll share return instructions and the return address.

Ship the item securely in its original packaging.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the product:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
